Booking

Scheduled tours can be booked online. Choose your tour, date and number of passengers, then follow the booking instructions. Private tours and charters are booked directly with us and quoted individually based on group size, itinerary, duration and requirements.

Cancellation policy

Changes to tour date: requests should be made at least 72 hours before the tour and are subject to availability
Where Makin' Tracks has prepaid non-refundable third-party costs on your behalf, including attraction tickets, tastings or meals, those costs may be deducted from any refund

Makin' Tracks cancellation

If Makin' Tracks needs to cancel a scheduled tour due to circumstances beyond our control, we'll contact guests as soon as possible and explain the available options.

Adults only

Makin' Tracks is strictly 18+ only. There are no children or under-18s on our scheduled tours, private tours or charters.

Itinerary changes

We aim to follow the advertised itinerary, but occasionally venues, weather, traffic or other circumstances may require changes. Where we need to make a change, we'll aim to provide an experience of a similar standard. We monitor emergency service advice and may not run tours on days of exceptionally high fire risk.

Personal belongings

We recommend taking your purchases with you when leaving the bus. Makin' Tracks can't accept responsibility for personal belongings left behind.
