We're Makin' Tracks.
Two people who love a good day out, and thought we could make them even better.
There had to be a better way.
So, we decided to create it.
Makin' Tracks started with a pretty simple idea: Victoria has some amazing places to explore, but getting there with a group can be a pain.
Someone has to drive. Someone has to organise everyone. Someone has to work out where you're going, where you're eating and whether there's enough parking.
We thought there had to be a better way.
So, we decided to create it.
Your hosts for the day.
Makin' Tracks is a family-run business built by us, Helen and Aron.
Between us, we've spent years working, travelling, cooking, playing music, entertaining friends and generally finding excuses to get out and explore.
We love good food, great wine, live music, beautiful places and, most importantly, good company.
And we know that some of the best days aren't the ones that are planned down to the last minute. They're the ones where you discover somewhere you didn't expect, stay a little longer because you're having a great time, and come home with a few stories to tell.
That's the sort of day we want to create.
We don't want to be the biggest tour company. We want to be the one people remember.
Our tours are designed to be relaxed, friendly and a little bit different. We'd rather take you to a place we'd genuinely recommend to our own friends than fill a day with endless stops just so we can say we've visited more places.
Whether you're joining us for wine and cheese in the Yarra Valley, meeting Australia's wildlife for the first time, celebrating with a group of friends or heading to a festival, we'll make getting there part of the experience.
And because we're adults only, you can sit back, enjoy yourself and leave the driving to us.

We're lucky to live in a part of the world where you can leave Melbourne in the morning and, within an hour or two, be surrounded by vineyards, forests, beaches, wildlife and some seriously good local food.

- Or a place you've driven past a hundred times and never stopped to explore.
